In Nontron, the heart of Périgord, the oldest French knife is always
manufactured whose origins go up with the XVș Century.
Its handle: Boxwood, this shrub which puts 40 to 50 years to reach its
maturity and undergoes then 4 years of drying before being used. The
more it will age, the more its patina will make it beautiful and unique.
Its blade: Forged according to the tradition of the Masters Cutlers of the
XVIIș Century.
It is not a knife, it is a NONTRON.
